Hourly Services
(applies to errands, home help, pet services, and hauling)

• Standard Rate: $40/hour -  2-hour minimum ($80)

• Returning Client Rate: $37.50/hour -  2-hour minimum ($75)

Standard Laundry Service (Wash • Dry • Fold)

• By the Bag: $30 per standard 30x40 laundry bag (provided)
  Includes wash, dry, fold, and neat packaging

• By the Pound: $1.75/lb (for trash bags or baskets)

• Turnaround: 48 hours (Express option below)

Fold Only Service (Fluff & Fold) 

• Flat Rate: $20 per standard 30x40 laundry bag

• By the Pound: $1.50/lb 

• Turnaround: 48 hours (Express options below)

Add-On Options

• Hang-Dry Service: $5 per 10 items (hangers provided)

• Express Service:  +$10 per bag (24-hour turnaround)

• Oversized Items: +$15 each (comforters, blankets, dog beds, etc.)

Laundry Service Standards
✔ Water softener used in all loads
✔ Free & Clear or Regular detergent options
✔ No fabric softener unless requested
✔ Machines sanitized weekly & wiped after every load
✔ Neat, tidy returns — folded or hung at your request

Free Pickup & Delivery:  within 10 miles of Falling Waters, WV
(Martinsburg, Hedgesville, Inwood, Shepherdstown, Williamsport, Hagerstown)

• Frederick, MD:  available every Wednesday, no extra fee

• 11–20 miles (outside regular Frederick/Hagerstown trips): +$10 service fee

• Over 20 miles: Custom quote or drop-off/pick-up option
